Add comments to a Work Request

Select a Work Request from a list to manage it. Then select the Comments tab (speech bubble icon).

Technicians and Supervisors can add comments to a Work Request. These comments can help keep the relevant parties updated on progress. These comments match the comments available in the Maintenance Console.
